Booking Terms and Conditions
All bookings and payments made to Hampshire Self Protection Ltd, including those made under its trading name Swanage Martial Arts, are non‑refundable, although we will do our best to reschedule where possible. We require a minimum of 14 days’ notice for any changes to private classes or workshop bookings. Please note that changes to the originally agreed booking may not be possible, even with 14 days’ notice or more. Changes requested with less than 14 days’ notice may not be possible and will be treated as a client‑initiated cancellation, with the full fee remaining payable.
